About the SUOM Facility Management
Our Facility Management division is one of the key divisions of Saudi Union. We are one of the leading facility management service providers in the Kingdom. Following are our main projects where we are successfully executing operation and management services.
We are carrying out installation, operation and maintenance at various commercial establishments, such as Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Hotels, Business Centers, Residential Complexes, Corporate Houses, etc.
In addition to the above we provide solutions for human resources with our trained manpower equipped with basic equipment for Food and Agricultural sectors. Cleaning Services
SUOM always endeavor for protection, safety, cleaning and hygiene. As we have to implement this in our daily lives, we thought and started providing cleaning services to our clients so that they can maintain maximum level of cleanliness, protection and safety at their work places and homes as well.
We provide comprehensive and specialized cleaning services for establishments like, Hospitals, Commercial & educational Sectors, Banking Sector, Business Centers and various other establishments.
We provide qualified and trained manpower to our clients to achieve their desired results. Our manpower includes males as well as females. We use most effective and high-quality registered chemicals/substances for cleaning & maintenance approved by Government’s Environmental Protection Organization.
We endeavor to recommend cost-effective ideas to our clients so that they can optimize the use of resources provided by us. This is to reduce cost and at the same time maintaining quality standards.
SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
For the collection of solid waste materials we can provide open or closed containers to meet the customer requirements. depending on the density of the waste, we can provide containers with a capacity ranging from 1.6 m3 – 40 m3. the collected refuse is transported to the municipality landfill for disposal in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the following special designed truck
For non-compactable trash, such as wood, steel, concrete, etc. open containers ranging from 5 m3 to 12 m3 can be provided. The size of the container provided to the customer depends on the type of waste and density, or the available area to place the container at the site.
These containers (skips) are collected from the site by the container truck and transported to the dumping area where the container is emptied. The container is returned to the customer as per his request. In most occasions the container is replaced by an empty container upon arrival of the truck, in order to reduce travel time.
For bulk non-compactable trash with a low density, such as wood, paper, plastic, fiberglass, etc. open containers ranging from 20 m3 to 40 m3 can be provided. The size of the container provided to the customer depends on the type of waste and density, or the available area to place the container at the site.
These containers (skips) are collected from the site by the hook truck and transported to the dumping area where the container is emptied. The container is returned to the customer as per his request. Due to the large quantity of waste transported the number of trips or frequency of emptying can be reduced.
The 20 m3, 30 m3 & 40 M3 containers are commonly used at: Warehouses, Refinery and Petrochemical Plants, Factories, etc.
Special modified containers are available or custom made on customer requests, such as: Oil Storage Containers, Site Offices, Tool Containers, Septic Tanks, etc.
Liquid Waste Disposal
Sanitary waste water is collected by vacuum trucks and/or tank trailers and transported to the municipality sewage treatment facilities where it is been discharged from the tank.
The vacuum trucks are equipped with 3000 US gallon vacuum tank and vacuum pump with a capacity of 900 m3/hour (air-flow) to remove sanitary waste water from septic tanks, lifting stations, etc. Furthermore, most of our vacuum truck(s) are fitted with a jetting pump in order to clean septic tanks and sewer lines of up to 6” in diameter.
For removal of sanitary waste water or ground water in large quantities, tank trailers with a capacity of8000 US gallon can be utilized to reduce Customer’s overall cost
In addition to the above we also have available sweeper trucks which we are utilizing for complete cleaning of roads and alleys.
For the narrow spaces and inside operations and places where frequent cleaning is needed, we also have sit and clean machines available which are being driven by qualified Operators.
Vacuum Truck Services
Industrial Vacuum Trucks, with a vacuum pump capacity of 2,000 m3/hour (air flow) or more are commonly known as Super Suckers. The vacuum trucks to handle liquids and sludge are also called Wet Industrial Vacuum Trucks and do not have a filter compartment. The liquid / sludge are collected in a 3000 US gallon carbon steel or stainless steel tank.
The jetting van is ideal to work within the city limited and is mainly used for unplugging the house connections to the main sewer line or to septic tanks. The van is very mobile and is equipped with a powerful jetting pump and small water tank. Sewer lines with diameter ranging from2”to8”can be cleaned and/or unplugged successfully.
